The existing engine valve has low engine efficiency and bad gas mileage because it opens without variations. But, on the other hand, CVVL automatically controls the amount of opening valve according to the speed. So, CVVL affected engine output development and gas mileage improvement a lot. Currently, it is also applied to SONATA and K5 and will be expanded to small automobiles in the future.

Those are the parts of the hydrogen car, the future eco-friendly automobile. Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) exclusively developed them and exports the entire quantity. They applied those parts to Hyundai Santa Fe at first and have been paid people’s attention in Europe. Recently they used them for the Tucson IX model and started mass production.

CHUMDAN has been actively corresponding to the development of automobile engines and other parts with its accumulated know-how. It develops and mass produces all the parts customers require in the best quality.

This is a part that is used in the Bearing product lines-only equipment. CHUMDAN produces lathe turning parts, grinding parts, assembly process parts, and measuring device parts. It’s been exporting those products to the Global NSK factories, including NSK Korea and Japanese factories, with its constant technology development.

The semiconductor mold part is a mold part used for the ultraprecision semiconductor frame (LEAD FRAME) production. It actively corresponds to the existing product production and new research and development.
